I already received my parcel, I had a problem as the courier wanted to deliver
to my home as they claim they cannot place the order into my postbox. This was
my preferred option.
There is not someone at home always, so we had to get the parcel to my office.
No problem with that.
I did have an enquiry into the 4 extra pills, and this was delivered within a
few days via airmail to my post box.
I would suggest you attend to this part of your process as the extra cost is
unnecessary. Include everything into one parcel.

Mechanism of action |
Viagra works as a PDE5 inhibitor, rapidly entering the bloodstream and relaxing the main arteries which feed blood to the penis. The PDE5 enzyme in the penis is what controls how much blood is pumped into the main shaft. When this enzyme is disabled, the blood can flow freely, and upon sexual arousal or stimulation, an erection is easily achieved and maintained for a prolonged period of time. |
Levitra is a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor, in short PDE-5 inhibitor which relaxes the muscles in the penis and increases the blood flow to the penis so that a hard and strong erection can be acquired for a satisfactory sexual intercourse. |
Cialis works as PDE5 inhibitor. After being rapidly introduced to the bloodstream it disables the PDE5 enzymes which regulate and control the blood flow to the penis. When these PDE5 enzymes are temporarily disabled, the arteries relax and allow for normal blood flow to the main shaft of the penis. The end result is the ability for a male to achieve a firm erection upon sexual and or mental stimulation. |
